Manchester City have been warned to beware of Napoli as a potential Champions League dark horse by former Bayern Munich and Manchester United midfielder, Owen Hargreaves. The Citizens booked their place in the Champions League semi-finals on Tuesday with a 7-0 aggregate win over RB Leipzig, but Hargreaves believes they should be wary of the Italian Serie A leaders. Speaking on BT Sport, Hargreaves said: "Napoli are a team to be feared in this Champions League. They have been sensational this season and I think they have a real chance of going all the way to win it. They are definitely a team Manchester City should be praying to avoid in the draw on Friday." Napoli are currently top of the Serie A standings and have been in impressive form in Europe so far this season. They topped their group ahead of Liverpool and have since seen off Barcelona in the round of 16. The draw for the semi-finals takes place on Friday, with the first leg of the semi-finals scheduled for April 27/28 and the second leg on May 4/5. Manchester City will be hoping to go one better than last season, when they were knocked out in the quarter-finals by Tottenham.
